*Tables will be set with no table cloths.
*A deposit of $10 per person is required to secure a group booking & full payment on day of function.
*Menu selections must be advised 12-14 days prior to your event/function.
*Confirmed final numbers are required 1 week prior to booking date. Deposit will be forfeited if cancelled up to1 week prior to function.
*All functions are non-exclusive unless otherwise stated.
*In the event of inclement weather, alfresco functions would be transferred to the upstairs restaurant area.
*Functions in The Marquee or The Wine Garden need to conclude by 10.00pm.
*Light background music supplied.
*Extra activities (excluding those supplied by Coolangatta Estate) are to be booked & paid for directly with the operator (no additional surcharges apply).

$5.00 per person or for groups of 10 or more we can organise a wine tasting with a
local cheese platter for $10.00 per person.
