Coolangatta Estate CJB Sparkling Chardonnay 2003
This Vintage wine shows generous soft and creamy complex flavours
on the palate, a result of 3 years yeast lees contact in this
bottle with a creamy yeast aftertaste balanced with soft acid.

A big, soft middle palate with a citrus lime fruit structure.
Lifted floral and mineral Semillon characters, plenty of

Coolangatta Estate Alexander Berry Chardonnay 2007
The wine exhibits a lean and slightly lifted mineral and melon
fruit character on the nose. The French oak is subtle and
in good balance. The palate shows very good chardonnay fruit
strength and tightness, with a slight mineral and citrus flavour
profile. Long and elegant.

Coolangatta Estate Rose' 2007
A fruity confectionary nose with a clean fruit palate. Rich
strawberry in colour. Slight residual sugar is in balance
with its fresh acid. A delicate blend of Chambourcin and
Merlot.

A slightly different blend this vintage with 70%Chambourcin and 30% Cabernet
Sauvignon. The wine
maintains its rich colour and confectionary nose. Clean fruit
palate with crisp finish.

Chambourcin 2006
Vibrant purple red in colour, the wine displays clean lifted
berry fruit which is enhanced by a sweet vanillan oak character.
The palate shows generous fruit flavours along with chocolate,
licorice and spice. Drinking well now and over the next few
years

Coolangatta Estate Merlot Tannat 2006
Tannat is a French varietal known for its fine tannins, deep
colour and structure. This 50/50 blend combines the softness
and fruit of Merlot whilst allowing the depth and structure
of Tannat to give this wine a delicate yet bodied palate
with a long finish.

Coolangatta Estate Elizabeth Berry Cabernet Sauvignon
2007
The wine is dark purple red in colour. Red berries and
briar are apparent on the nose, accompanied by subtle
oak. The palate
displays generous black fruit flavours and earthy undertones.
The soft fruit and oak tannins give this wine its long
and
satisfying finish.

Deep and dark in colour with a blackberryflavours on the nose, this brooding
brambly wine has a firm tannic structural background, with savoury charateristics
and a long persistent finish. An ideal food wine that will reward careful cellaring.

Coolangatta Estate Vintage Port 2005
An intense purple colour, followed up by concentrated cooked
berry and plum aromas. Complexed by well integrated brandy
spirit characters, the palate is rich and luscious with ripe
berry flavours with a hint of clove and cinnamon spice. The
wine's structure is supported by velvety tannins, and a good
balance of acid and residual/ alcohol sweetness. Will develop
well over the next 10 years with careful cellaring.
