**FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED 7 DAYS BEFORE DATE OF BOOKING**

Conditions: We reserve the right to cancel your booking if insufficient numbers (minimum 2 required) or should severe weather, or other events outside of our control, impact on the safe delivery of these tours.

*We have 2 wet weather locations for our guests- alternatively, we can credit your booking to be used at a later date.*

*As a courtesy you agree to contact our Bookings Coordinator via email bookings@coolangattaestate.com.au if you have any changes, updates or need to cancel your reservation within 24 hours. Should you be running late please contact us immediately, your allocated time slot will only be held for 15 minutes after your arrival time.*

**LOSS & DAMAGES**

The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to any items. Fees will apply for replacement at the full cost of purchasing a replacement. These fees are payable within seven days of such loss or damage unless agreed otherwise. Damage includes but is not limited;

• Improper use or disappearance of equipment

• Damage to, or loss of, the equipment from any unknown cause

• Cigarette burns on any furniture or décor items. Smoking is not permitted on or near the property of Once Upon a Picnic Co.

• Red wine or other staining product spillages or stains or any furniture or décor items
