GB Semillon

Previously released as Wollstonecraft Semillon, our GB Semillon has been renamed to honour Greg Bishop, whose vision helped re-establish viticulture at Coolangatta Estate in the late 1980s.

This classic cool-climate Semillon is pale and bright in the glass, with lifted citrus, lemon zest and subtle grassy notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing, showing fresh acidity, gentle texture and a clean, dry finish.

An elegant, food-friendly white that drinks beautifully now and will continue to develop with time in the bottle.
