“Create Your Own” Package
If you're looking for a wedding that feels true to you — without the pressure of a one-size-fits-all package — this is the option for you. Our Build Your Own approach gives you the freedom to choose what you need and leave out what you don’t. From ceremony locations around the estate and reception set-ups, to catering options, drinks packages, staffing and onsite accommodation — it’s all here and completely customisable.

“The Estate Classic” Package
If a full-day celebration with everything taken care of sounds like your kind of wedding, the Estate Classic might be just what you’re looking for.
This one-day package includes everything you need — a stunning vineyard ceremony, drinks and canapés to follow, a beautifully styled reception with a curated menu, and all the support you need to enjoy it, stress-free. With two tailored options to choose from, you can keep things simple with a two-course menu and bar tab, or elevate the experience with shared or plated dining and a full beverage package.
Set within the grounds of Coolangatta Estate, the Estate Classic is designed for couples who want an unforgettable day, without the fuss.

“The Estate Escape” Package
Why limit the celebration to just one day? The Estate Escape is our signature two-night wedding experience, designed to bring your favourite people together for a weekend of food, wine, and unforgettable moments.
