Premium Wine Tasting in the Historic Great Hall

Enjoy a relaxed, private wine tasting in our heritage-listed Great Hall (built in 1822) — one of the most special spaces on the Estate.

Hosted by third-generation Ben Bishop, this experience is all about slowing down, learning a little, and enjoying some of our best wines in good company.

If you’d like, we’ll start with a wander through the vineyards to talk about how our fruit is grown and why this site is so unique. From there, you’ll settle into the Great Hall for a guided tasting of our premium Coolangatta Estate wines, paired with a generous share platter of local cheeses, cured meats, house-made dips, and olives.

There’s no rush, no scripts — just good wine, stories, and time to enjoy the space.
