Family-owned and operated since 1946, Coolangatta Estate is the South Coast’s most awarded winery, having earned over 2,200 awards at national and international wine shows in our 30+ year winemaking history. We take great pride in crafting wines of exceptional quality, with all fruit carefully grown and handpicked on our historic 25-acre vineyard, settled initially by Alexander Berry in 1822. Featuring 10 grape varieties, our wines cater to a wide range of palates, with our flagship Semillons recognized among the finest in the world. After harvest, our grapes are vinified at Tyrrell’s in the Hunter Valley, ensuring every bottle reflects the rich heritage and premium quality that define Coolangatta Estate.

Featured Wines
Previously released as Wollstonecraft Semillon, our GB Semillon has been renamed to honour Greg Bishop, whose vision helped re-establish viticulture at Coolangatta Estate in the late 1980s.
This classic cool-climate Semillon is pale and bright in the glass, with lifted citrus, lemon zest and subtle grassy notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing, showing fresh acidity, gentle texture and a clean, dry finish.

A rosé-style wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this Sweet Blush is fresh, fruity and just a little bit cheeky. Bursting with red berry flavours, it’s best enjoyed well chilled.
Awarded 3 Trophies, 2 Gold and 1 Silver Medal, this Sparkling Chardonnay is named in honour of Colin James Bishop, first generation of the Bishop family at Coolangatta Estate. Aged for 4½ years on lees, it shows classic brioche, biscuit and citrus notes with a fresh, lifted lemon finish — perfect for celebrating.
